1. Scope of Services
Al Nabeel Communications Network provides IT infrastructure, telecom systems, security systems, networking solutions, and IT equipment supply based on approved quotations and service agreements.
2. Quotations & Validity
All quotations are valid for 15–30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary due to supplier changes or market conditions.
3. Project Timeline
Project duration depends on scope, site readiness, and client cooperation. Delays caused by site conditions, approvals, or force majeure are not the responsibility of the company.
4. Warranty
Hardware warranty is subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Service warranty covers installation workmanship for the agreed period.
5. Liability Limitation
The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system misuse, third-party interference, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
